Martingale Strategy Blackjack
Are you familiar with the famed Martingale Strategy Blackjack where if you lose a bet you double up on your next bet until eventually, you win the game? Are you curious whether this blackjack system works? Is it a good strategy, or is there a better blackjack system available?
Blackjack Strategy
The Martingale Strategy of Blackjack has been around for over 100 years. Created by John Martingale, a British casino owner, the Martingale Strategy Blackjack is still touted among blackjack players as a viable strategy to win.
Sadly, this Blackjack strategy has a lot of flaws. So stay tuned and we will discuss how Martindale really works, and how it doesn’t. And then we will advise you of a better Blackjack Strategy.
Blackjack Betting Strategy
When John Martingale began spreading the word in his casino that there was a secret way to win, you would think that most gamblers, even in the 1800s would ask themselves, “Why would a casino owner bet against himself?” It just doesn’t make sense, but ÿou know the old saying, most people will line up for a free lunch.
But how does the Martingale system fail? Simple. If you follow this Blackjack Betting Strategy, let’s say betting $100 a hand, and you lose 4 hands in a row, then your total bet will balloon to $200, then $400, then $800, and finally to $1600.
However if your bankroll is $1500 or less, then you’re already sunk. Surely there must be a better Blackjack Betting Strategy than losing your bankroll after 4 or 5 losses?

A few years ago, mathematician RI Chang, creator of the Golden Eagle and Silver Tiger blackjack methods, was determined to find the Best Blackjack Strategy that worked.
He reasoned the Best Blackjack Strategy would not be a system that promised pie in the sky results but rather promised a small but significant player edge.
After over 1 million tries at blackjack using a blackjack simulator, he eventually realized that the keys to winning at blackjack relied not upon playing better but betting better.
The end result was the Golden Eagle and Silver Tiger System which teaches players to hedge their bets so that they have a small statistical advantage at the house.
Typically players can expect to reap 5 or 6 chips in a short betting session, so if you are betting with $25 chips, that’s $125 to $150 in your pocket.
